We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader who will oversee clinical operations, support staff development, and create, implement, and grow new programs in areas where services are still taking shape. Key responsibilities:
- Lead clinical operations while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Design, implement, and strengthen clinical programs, policies, and procedures.
- Recruit, coach, supervise, and evaluate therapists, peer staff, and other clinical team members.
- Use data, feedback, and clinical judgment to improve outcomes and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with CARF, CSTAR, DMH, and other governing bodies while strengthening systems for accountability and quality improvement.
- Establish processes to monitor and improve programs, client files, and staffing to support the program’s ongoing success.
- Partner across departments and with external stakeholders to align services with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Missouri licensure as an LCSW or LPC required.
- Master’s in social work preferred, or bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience.
- At least two years of experience supporting individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.
- Supervisory experience or certification preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to use data and regulatory knowledge to support quality care and compliance.
