Housing Supervisor

Supervise: 1 Care Manager. Up to 35 residents seeking dual diagnosis recovery through respite care.

Living In Victory (LIV) Recovery is seeking a House Supervisor to serve a community of people living with mental health and substance use disorders in the early action stage of treatment. Living In Victory Recovery is a 501c3 non-profit organization with a smaller staff fully committed to the population we serve.   • Oversee and support Care Manager process efficiency and program quality execution
  • Facilitate weekly house meetings with intention to receive feedback from residents and staff
  • Execute outreach efforts and sustain relationships with community partners
  • Engage residents and establish rapport through one-on-one coaching and support groups  
  • Participate in community functions to actively outreach and involve community members
  • Collaborate with internal departments to innovate and improve resident experience
  • Collect and report program progress data according to individual treatment goals and outcomes
  • Manage resource allocation including meals, transportation, and internal and external referrals
  • Monitor and guarantee safety and culture efficacy among residents and staff
  • Assure timely reporting, documentation, and response of identified issues
  • Provide moderation, problem solving, and crisis intervention as necessary
  • Provide moderation of personality conflict, problem solving, and crisis intervention as necessary
  • Contribute to additional projects and tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related social science (preferred)
  • Two (2) years of managerial experience (preferred)
  • Direct or indirect experience with substance use disorders (preferred)
