What Inspires You? — “I have always had a passion for people and teaching. I love the feeling I get when I pass knowledge on to someone else and, as a result, they are better or their lives are better. This is why I chose consulting when I started my business and also why I love what I now do for Clayco because I get a chance to “teach” our clients and the community the lessons we have learned that can have a positive impact on our industry. I also get a chance to “teach” the community about careers in our industry and what they can do for others when they are empowered economically!”
